Residentials

These residential projects were designed during my tenure at Perspecto Design Studio, a firm primarily focused on renovating family houses and basements. In these projects, I aimed to enhance the spatial relationships within the basements, creating more functional and inviting living areas.
To address the common issue of limited natural light, I employed strategic use of colors and accent walls, compensating for the lack of daylight and adding visual interest. One of the primary challenges in all these projects was to balance compliance with building codes while meeting the unique needs and preferences of each client.
By thoughtfully redesigning these spaces, I was able to transform them into more cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments, demonstrating a keen understanding of both regulatory requirements and client satisfaction.
